Bending is easier in a group!
Learn new drills to unlock new flexibility and range of motion. The class will focus on safe stretching and strengthening of the mid-back, upper back, and shoulders.
This class is designed for people who are just getting into flexibility training or people who want to improve their shoulder and upper back flexibility before heading to the dreaded wheel position.
Things to bring:
– A yoga strap/scarf/bathrobe tie tied slightly less than your shoulder width.
– A block or two
-A small weight/heavy book
