
Instructors approval is required to take any series class. Series meet for 4-6 consecutive weeks and attendance is required so students are up to date with curriculum.
Hammock 2
New mounts, new rolls, new shapes and a whole lot more fun. This class is designed to take what you have learned in past classes and gain confidence and strength.Prerequisites: Ability to mount the apparatus unassisted, knowledge of basic moves, and instructor approval.
Hammock 3
Rolls, drops, shapes, and more. This class is designed for those who cannot get enough hammock in their life. We will be exploring fun sequences that incorporate all your favourite moves, new transitions, and the occasional drop. I hope you are ready to have a good timePrerequisites: Straight leg pullovers, ability to stay in the air for 3-5 minutes, and instructor approval
Lyra 2
Become proficient with the basics of Aerial Hoop (Lyra) in this series for students looking to focus on more in-depth strength training and proper technique through conditioning, poses, short combinations, and learning to balance with support from the hoop. Spinning is optional.Prerequisites: Straddle up and pullover with no or little assistance, capable of doing and understanding mermaid, lion in a tree, dragonfly, amazon, and other basic poses.
Lyra 3
Students will focus on fluidity, transitions and stamina building up to a full sequence over the course of 6 weeks. This class will help strengthen and polish both existing skills and new skills, while giving students an opportunity to explore variations that compliment the individuals own personal style.Prerequisites: Straight leg inverts and single knee hangs, knowledge of meathooks, and the ability to hang onto the Lyra with one hand for 5-10 seconds and the ability to be in the air for 2-3 minutes.
Rope 2
Taking the skills and knowledge you’ve gained in Rope 1, this class starts to incorporate stamina building through longer sequences, while also perfecting those skills in order to add new challenges and advance further.Prerequisites: bent arm inverts in the air, familiarity with beats
Silks 1&2
No experience required! Open to beginners, and those with experience, this class will both help you get started, and challenge you with new skills. Conditioning for each level will be provided. Build strength, balance, and gain solid foundational skills on you favorite apparatus.Silks 2&3
On this mixed level class you'll learn artistic climbs, poses, and further your beginner skills on fabric. More advance students will take the skills and knowledge they’ve gained in Silks 2 to incorporate stamina building through longer sequences, while also perfecting those skills in order to add new challenges.Prerequisites: Completed Silks 1 or 2. Instructor approval required.
Silks 3
Let's take the skills and knowledge you've obtained from your past silk classes and bring it to a whole new level! In this class we will gain strength, flexibility, and finally figure out 'what on Earth is holding me in.Requirements: knowledge of silk terminology, knowledge of both meathooks and skin the cats, and consistent straight arm inversions. You will also need to bring your own apparatus and have instructor approval. Note: Students must bring their own silks.
Straps 1

Straps 2
In this series students will learn the fundamentals of straps while also conditioning towards long term goals. Classes will focus on various spinning techniques from two and one arms, sequencing tricks together and building overall strength and flexibility that can be translated to any other apparatus.Prerequisites: previous aerial experience, or other athletic background, no current shoulder injuries
Trapeze 1&2
Manipulate your body on, above, below and around the rugged yet elegant apparatus: TRAPEZE. Students will learn beginners and intermediate positions, tricks, and practice sequencing with a special focus on strength, conditioning and flexibility - while having fun! Pre-requisites for level 2 students : comfortable hanging on the bar with your knees, able to invert without spotting, able to come to a seat on the trapeze without spotting
